Jessica Bunnicelli, or in pop music, "Jessica Bellezza" was born in Staten Island, NY on April 18th, 1998. A current music industry student at the State University of New York, College at Oneonta, Jessica is set to complete her degree in one year. Born and bred in New York City, Jessica discovered a love for music as a toddler. By the age of two, she had been grabbing at the hearts of any family and friends who would watch her sing and perform. Throughout her childhood, however, Jessica found herself writing songs in secret, suffering from crippling anxiety to share her passion with others.        

         Drawing inspiration from her father, a rock-n-roll self-taught guitarist, and her late grandfather, radio DJ Jack Spector, Jessica continued to write music and play local gigs. By the age of 17, she was singing solos for her high school choir, interning at a local recording studio, and starting to make her mark recording her own music. Her debut pop/electronic single, “Wrapped Up in Your Arms”, released independently on March 24th, 2017. The release left the then-18 year-old hungrier than ever to pursue her music career.

Jessica’s main artistic influences are none other than pop A-listers Ariana Grande, Bebe Rexha, Miley Cyrus, and Taylor Swift. Continuing to experiment with her sound, Jessica released her second independent pop/dance single entitled “Want You Bad” on September 21, 2018. After suffering from vocal nodules at just the age of 14, she decided to not let any injury or ailment stop her from chasing what fulfills her soul. She writes honest, daring songs sharing her struggles of battling anxiety, depression, and finding the woman she’s becoming. She wants her songs to lead a movement on bringing societally-deemed “taboo” topics to life, such as mental health. With an itch to advance not only her sound but all of pop music, Jessica is currently working on her third upcoming single while continuing her studies.
